The dinner series will feature a unique five-course meal each week of the spring semester.
WHAT: Skyviews Restaurant of Texas Tech presents the 2022 Spring Dinner Series with a five-course dinner celebration, supporting the Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management (RHIM) program.
WHEN: 6-7:30 p.m. every Wednesday and Thursday throughout the spring semester
WHERE: Skyviews Restaurant, 1901 University Ave., Texas Tech Plaza, sixth floor
EVENT: The Department of Hospitality and Retail Management's Skyviews Restaurant presents its pop-up themed Spring Dinner Series lineup. Guests will be treated to a five-course a la carte menu prepared by students who have teamed up to create their own restaurant concept. Each restaurant concept has a unique name, décor, cuisine and beverage menu for its featured week.
Dinner reservations are available on the Skyviews official website, but walk-ins are welcome. The full menu and dates for each week are available on the website.
