Richmond Times Dispatch - Any trust involving less than $50,000 should probably be handled by an individual trustee since the high fees charged by a corporation wouldn't justify its involvement, according to Gerry W. Beyer, a professor of law at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas, who has written several books about wills, trusts and estates.
