Red Raiders are reminded to log their centennial campaign service hours.
WHAT: Beginning Labor Day, members of the Texas Tech University community will come together to participate in Lubbock Habitat for Humanity's 2023 Blitz Build.
WHEN: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 4-14 and 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 15
WHERE: 3317 E. Dartmouth St.
EVENT: The 2023 Blitz Build is Lubbock Habitat for Humanity's biggest event. The local Habitat construction staff and up to 1,200 volunteers will build three affordable homes in 12 days.
Registration has begun and volunteers can sign up through Sept. 15.
Participants are reminded to log their hours here to contribute toward the university's goal of completing 1 million hours of volunteerism and service during its centennial celebration.
