EVENT: The Department of Hospitality and Retail Management's Skyviews Restaurant introduces its centennial dinner series for the Spring 2023 semester. The series will feature a different pop-up restaurant each Wednesday. Pop-up restaurants are designed to allow startup restaurateurs and culinarians the ability to highlight their creativity and talent.
The concept for each week's restaurant is created entirely by teams of Texas Tech RHIM students. Guests will experience a different decade of Texas Tech's history each week through an à la carte menu, a beverage menu, and décor.
Dinner reservations are available on the Skyviews website, with walk-ins also welcome. A complete list of dinner series dates and menus can be found on the website.
