Texas Tech political science professors are available to provide context, insights and expertise on the president’s message to the country.
Pitch
President Joe Biden will discuss progress and priorities during his annual State of the Union address, scheduled before a joint session of Congress at 8 p.m. Tuesday (Feb. 7). The address, stipulated by the U.S. Constitution, is a tradition that dates to 1790 and George Washington. Each year, the president provides a look forward as far as what can be expected from the administration in the coming year.
