Do you feel you need a WELL-DESERVED break? I know I do.

Complete with an oxygen bar, stress-relieving activities and dessert, this three-hour event is the ultimate relaxation experience.

Did you know stress can affect your breathing?

When a situation makes you feel anxious or stressed, your body releases cortisol (stress hormones) that engage your fight or flight response, causing your body to tense and your heart to race and ultimately decreasing your blood oxygen levels.

An oxygen bar is the perfect way to calm your mind and body. It is believed to lower your blood pressure and heart rate by taking less effort to deliver what your body needs, allowing your heart to relax.

In addition to an oxygen bar, you also have the chance to play with Orbeez AND puppies!

Okay, I have no idea if there will be puppies there, but I DO know that they will have a bunch of shelter dogs to play with, which are just as cute and a little less rowdy.

To top it off, you can even take an ice cream float with you to keep those relaxing vibes alive! (At least until it melts.)

Searching for an internship, part-time or full-time position? The All Majors Job Fair has what you're looking for!

This event will connect you with prospective employers and allow you to expand your network while learning valuable information about recruiting companies.

Have I mentioned they are offering free headshots to everyone who attends? If you don't have professional pictures already, this is an excellent opportunity to get some for FREE. What's better than that?

What's the first week of Spooky Season without a scary movie?

The film “The Black Phone” is an adaptation of the 2004 short story of the same name by Joe Hill.

First debuting at Fantastic Fest in 2021, the movie was theatrically released by Universal Pictures in 2022.

The picture follows the story of a boy named Finney, who is abducted by a masked serial child abductor nicknamed “The Grabber.”

With over $100 million in global ticket sales, The Black Phone is the third-biggest horror film released since 2020, following Paramount's “A Quiet Place: Part 2” and Warner Bros.' “The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It.”
