WHAT: Virtual panel discussion on the evolving situation in Eastern Europe between Ukraine and Russia.
WHEN: 4 p.m. Friday (Feb. 25)
WHERE: The event will be held virtually via Zoom.
EVENT: The Department of History at Texas Tech University will host a panel of Russian and Ukranian specialists to discuss the current situation in Ukraine. They will cover the history of Ukraine, its relationship with Russia and the greater implications of Russia's attack on the sovereign nation of Ukraine, followed by a question-and-answer period.
