EVENT: The Department of Hospitality and Retail Management's Skyviews Restaurant presents its grand opening gala and five-course dinner. Guests will be treated to a dinner menu prepared by executive chef Jason Lindley and wine pairings by the Texas Wine Marketing Research Institute.
Dinner reservations are available at $100 per ticket, with all proceeds supporting the RHIM program. Those unable to attend the event are welcome to make a donation. Following the event, Skyviews welcomes the public to visit its newly renovated space at Texas Tech Plaza for lunch service, the highly celebrated dinner series or for Pizza Kitchen delivery through the Favor delivery app.
