2020 Graduates Participate in Special Commencement

(VIDEO) The ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m. today (May 7) at Jones AT&T Stadium.

Texas Tech University will host a special commencement ceremony for May, August and December 2020 graduates today (May 7) at Jones AT&T Stadium. A total of 1,093 undergraduate and graduate students will walk the stage.

“The members of the graduating class of 2020 are distinguished by the adaptability, perseverance and resilience they have shown in overcoming the circumstances and challenges they have faced,” said Lawrence Schovanec, Texas Tech president. “We are grateful for the opportunity to welcome these 2020 graduates back to campus for this special ceremony. I look forward to recognizing and congratulating them.”

The 6 p.m. ceremony features all colleges. It can be viewed online via livestream.
