“A Chorus Line” is a stunning concept musical capturing the spirit and tension of a Broadway chorus audition. Exploring the inner lives and bittersweet ambitions of professional Broadway performers, the show features one powerhouse number after another. A brilliantly complex fusion of song, dance and compellingly authentic drama, “A Chorus Line” was instantly recognized as a classic. Winner of nine Tony Awards and the Pulitzer Prize, this show features memorable musical numbers such as “What I Did for Love,” “One,” “The Music and the Mirror” and “I Hope I Get It.”

“Students, faculty and staff have breathed new life into Broadway's classic, ‘A Chorus Line,' presented here in a stunning virtual format,” said Casey Joiner, the production's musical producer. “With COVID-19 still present in our minds and our town, the School of Theatre & Dance has launched a scrupulously filmed version of this timeless show, which we labored to film safely by calling in our actors to perform separately or in small groups. The result is an intimate, authentic version of Michael Bennett's brainchild, and a meticulously labored over artwork that has us reflecting on ‘what we did for love.'”

Tickets for “A Chorus Line” are $5 for individuals and free for students with a valid discount code. For more information, visit the School of Theatre & Dance website or email the Maedgen Theatre Box Office at theatre.dance.boxoffice@ttu.edu
