Media, Community Invited to Graduate Student Research Poster Competition

The annual event showcases the wide-ranging research being conducted by Texas Tech University’s graduate students.

WHAT:
Media and public invited to the 19th annual Graduate Student Research Poster Competition.

WHEN:
10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday (March 11)

WHERE:
Texas Tech University Student Union Building Ballroom

EVENT:
Texas Tech's Graduate School invites media and the community to observe its 19th annual Graduate Student Research Poster Competition. For the competition, participating graduate students and post-doctoral students will demonstrate their engagement in high-quality research with an ability to present this research professionally and effectively to a non-specialized audience.

"Competitions like our Graduate Student Research Poster Competition display the innovative research that has immediate and lasting impacts on our community," said Mark Sheridan, dean of the Graduate School.
