Loneragan to be Featured Speaker at Chamber of Commerce Salute to Ag Luncheon

The professor in the Department of Animal & Food Sciences will update attendees on Texas Tech University’s School of Veterinary Medicine initiative.

WHAT: Lubbock Chamber of Commerce Salute to Ag Luncheon featuring Guy Loneragan, a professor of food safety and public health and a veterinary epidemiologist in the Department of Animal & Food Sciences at Texas Tech University.

EVENT: The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce's Salute to Ag Luncheon is a celebration of the agriculture industry and its contributions to the economy.

Loneragan, who has worked extensively to help bring to fruition Texas Tech's initiative to open a School of Veterinary Medicine in Amarillo, will present the latest updates on that effort to the chamber.
