Innovation Hub Welcomes Brian Harris as Keynote Speaker at the Performance Innovation Series

WHEN: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 17)

WHERE: Overton Hotel and Conference Center, 2322 Mac Davis Lane

EVENT: The Texas Tech University Innovation Hub at Research Park welcomes Brian Harris as the keynote speaker for the 2019 Performance Innovation Speaker Series, an event sponsored by The CH Foundation, the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and the J.T. & Margaret Talkington College of Visual & Performing Arts.

The Performance Innovation Speaker Series is dedicated to advancing West Texas by showcasing innovation through research impact, creative performance and entrepreneurship. Students, clinicians, physicians, artists, musicians, faculty members and the community are invited to attend.

A free luncheon precedes the speech by Harris, a world-renowned speaker featured in Forbes, The Huffington Post, CNBC, NPR and the Chronicle Boston. He was named among the "40 Under 40 Healthcare Innovators" by Forbes Magazine.

Harris has built a world-class therapeutics company and developed the Arts and Neuroscience Group at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine, as well as MedRythms, Inc., which provides assistance to millions of people with neurological disabilities with a blend of music, technology and neuroscience.
