ATT.NET - Students in a junior-level class at Texas Tech's Rawls College of Business Administration got real-world experience solving business problems this semester through a partnership with the Texas Tech Small Business Development Center and locally-owned enterprises.
The project was part of the Entrepreneurship: New Value Creation course, which had close to 50 students enrolled this semester. Students were assigned groups and worked with participating businesses to find innovative solutions to daily challenges the businesses face. They were required to complete a written and oral report presenting thought-out resolutions, according to the syllabus for the class.
