The Climate Cinema series will feature three more viewings throughout the semester.
WHAT: The Texas Tech University Climate Science Center is hosting the Climate Cinema film series.
WHEN: 7 p.m. Feb. 20, March 20 and April 17
WHERE: Alamo Drafthouse, 120 W. Loop 289
EVENT: The Texas Tech Climate Science Center presents its Climate Cinema series, featuring films that explore the impact of climate change.
Movies to be shown throughout the semester are:
- Feb. 20: “Merchants of Doubt”
- March 20: “Mad Max Fury Road”
- April 17: To be determined
Tickets for each showing are $5. Immediately after each film, an expert will give brief commentary and lead a discussion about climate change with the audience.
