MEDIA: No photography will be allowed on the floor between the designated student seating
areas and the stage. An area on the east side of the floor will be designated for
media.

EVENT: Texas Tech alumnus Abner Euresti will speak at all commencement ceremonies. He earned his bachelor's degree in telecommunications in 1974. Euresti is one of the lead anchors for KCBD News Channel 11. In his 43 years on Lubbock's airwaves, he has received countless awards for his excellence in reporting.
Justice Judy Parker of the Court of Appeals for the Seventh District of Texas will speak at the School of Law hooding ceremony. She has served as a judge for 23 years. Prior to her appointment to the Court of Appeals for the Seventh District of Texas, she served as judge of County Court at Law No. 3 of Lubbock County from 2008 to 2017.
