Alcaraz is an award-winning editorial cartoonist and Latino journalist.

WHAT: Lalo Alcaraz will present "Show Me Your Papers: The Political Cartoons of Lalo Alcaraz" as a part of the second annual Latino Lecture Series.

WHO: Alcaraz produced editorial cartoons for LA Weekly from 1992-2010 and now creates cartoons in English and Spanish for Andrews McMeel Syndication and Daily Kos. His work has appeared on 60 Minutes, CBS News, NBC and Univision and in hundreds of magazines and newspapers. He has published multiple graphic novels, including The New York Times bestseller, "A Most Imperfect Union." Alcaraz was a writer and producer on the animated television show "Bordertown" and is a consultant on the upcoming Disney Pixar movie "Coco."
