WHAT: The Texas Tech University Library is hosting a pregame study break tailgate for students before the Texas Tech – Oklahoma State football game. There will be free food, gifts, a photo booth, live music and more.
WHEN: Noon-1 p.m. Friday (Sept. 29)
WHERE: Plaza between the University Library and the Student Union Building
