CBS 7 - San Jacinto Elementary School in Odessa has three brand new teachers, and it's all thanks to a new program that's proven to be successful.
Three women completed ECISD's "Two Plus One" program that partners with Texas Tech and Odessa College, putting students on the fast-track to the classroom.
