Reading Eagle Business Weekly - Social media marketing is one of the most powerful tools for businesses to achieve their marketing goals and objectives.

Improved brand loyalty: Texas Tech studied brand loyalty and found that brands that engage on social media channels enjoy higher loyalty from their customers. Its report indicated that "companies should take advantage of the tools social media gives them when it comes to connecting with their audience." Another study by Convince & Convert found that 53 percent of Americans who follow brands in social media are more loyal to those brands.
