July 15, 2016

Fifteen Texas Tech University students from the Rawls College of Business are studying abroad in Nice, France, during the summer.

Following last night's tragedy in the city, all Texas Tech students and faculty are safe and accounted for and were not in attendance at the Bastille Day celebration where the incident took place.

For more information on last night's events and Texas Tech students in Nice, Tibor Nagy, Texas Tech vice provost for International Affairs, will be available at the International Cultural Center at 11 a.m. If interested in speaking with Ambassador Nagy, please let Chris Cook (chris.cook@ttu.edu or 806-834-4129) know as soon as possible.
