(VIDEO) President Nellis, wife Ruthie and Texas Tech staff greet Red Raiders with a complimentary lunch.

Classes are again underway and as a way to welcome students to campus, Texas Tech University President M. Duane Nellis, his wife Ruthie, and other members of the administration put on gloves and aprons to serve more than one thousand students a free, hot dog lunch outside the Student Union Building.
