Odessa American - Tibor Nagy Jr., former ambassador to Ethiopia and Guinea, now vice president for international affairs at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, and Dr. Derek Catsam, associate professor of history and Kathlyn Cosper Dunagan Fellow in the Humanities at University of Texas of the Permian Basin in Odessa, say the style of the attacks isn't new though.
