Meet the Vice President for Research Candidates

The fourth and final candidate will participate in an open forum and reception on Sept. 20.
Four candidates for Vice President for Research will visit campus during the month of September:
- Theresa Maldonado, Ph.D. – Sept. 4-5, Division Director, National Science Foundation
- Robert Duncan, Ph.D. – Sept. 12-13, Vice Chancellor for Research, University of Missouri
- Steven Goodman, Ph.D. – Sept. 16-17, Executive Director, International Institute for Biomedical Sciences and Technology, SUNY Upstate Medical University
- Gary Snowder, Ph.D. – Sept. 19-20, Associate Vice President for Research, University of Nevada, Reno
All members of the Texas Tech community can meet each candidate, who will participate in an open forum and reception during their scheduled visit. These events will be announced through TechAnnounce, appear on the event calendar at www.ttu.edu, and will be communicated through our deans.
The fourth and final forum with Snowder is scheduled for 2-3:30 p.m. Sept. 20 in the Escondido Theater of the Student Union Building.
