Texas Tech Offices Win 20 ADDY Awards

Office of Communications and Marketing leads with 10 awards, including Best of Show.

The Lubbock chapter of the American Advertising Federation announced the winners of the 2013 ADDY Awards this past Saturday (Feb. 23). The Office
of Communications and Marketing took home 10 awards, including a Judges’ Choice and
Best of Show Digital.
Collectively, eight offices at Texas Tech University were awarded 20 ADDY Awards
at the ceremony:

Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation, the ADDYs are the advertising
industry’s largest and most representative competition, recognizing and rewarding
creative excellence in the art of advertising. Every year approximately 60,000 entries
are submitted in local ADDY competitions.
Entries that earn a Lubbock Gold ADDY automatically advance to compete in the District
10 ADDY Awards against advertisers and marketers from across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas
and Louisiana.
