Investors withdrew a lawsuit against Wallace Bajjali Development Partners late Tuesday, claiming the firm had fraudulently plowed millions of dollars into a media company Ponzi scheme.

A non-suit is a procedural device generally used by the plaintiffs to end a case “for whatever reason,” Texas Tech University law professor Jarod Gonzalez said.“The parties go back to the position they were in before the lawsuit was filed.”
