dBusiness News - Justice Douglas H. Lang, of the Texas Fifth District Court of Appeals,
will present “Intricacies and Nuances of Professionalism and Mentoring” to the Texas
Tech University School of Law professional responsibility classes and to the Lubbock
County Bar Association. In addition to the presentation, Justice Lang will distribute
a copy of his book Deeds Not Words, a compilation of personal stories from Dallas
lawyers about how their mentors served as guiding lights of integrity in the legal
profession, to every student enrolled in the professional responsibility class. The
event is set for Tuesday, October 26 at noon in Lanier Auditorium of the Mark & Beck
Lanier Professional Development Center at the Texas Tech University School of Law.
