Whitacre to get chamber award

My San Antonio - The chamber will present a video tribute to Whitacre during the Oct. 13 luncheon. The video will feature comments from AT&T Chairman and CEO Randall Stephenson of Dallas, who succeeded Whitacre in 2007, Texas Tech University System Chancellor Kent Hance of Lubbock and former AT&T executive John Montford.
