Prospective wine-grape grower workshop set Oct. 12 in Pittsburg

Agrilife News -- A Prospective Wine-grape Grower Workshop program, sponsored by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service for people interested in commercial wine-grape production, will be held from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Oct. 12 in Pittsburg.


AgriLife Extension presents a Prospective Wine Grower Workshop every six to eight weeks in regions of Texas conducive to wine-grape production, Westover noted, adding that the workshop is a prerequisite for registration and acceptance into the Texas Tech Viticulture Certificate Program.
