MC, Texas Tech formalize engineering transfer agreement

Formalizing their transfer arrangement, Midland College and Texas Tech University have signed an articulation agreement allowing students to transfer from here to Lubbock more seamlessly.
The Student Access and Success Partnership between MC and Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering was made official April 14.
