Flatlands Dance Festival to feature Tech dance instructors

Mixed grill will take on a whole new meaning on Friday and Saturday. No hamburgers will be served at the Underwood Center Firehouse Theater; instead four Texas Tech dance instructors will be performing an eight piece contemporary dance that they choreographed themselves.
Ali Duffy, one of the performers, said the four instructors collaborated to put the performance together because they wanted to stay active outside Texas Tech and be involved with the Lubbock community.
