This sis some Health news! A study illustrates that women who consume 1 to 2 drinks a day have lesser probability of weight gain.
Now moderate drinking has one more potential benefit added to its side and that is weight control. In due course of time, the chances of becoming overweight or obese are lesser in the normal-weight women who consume alcohol in moderate amount as compared to the women who are teetotalers.
This is not the first study that which explains the affects of moderate alcohol intake on the waistline. In the year 2005, epidemiologist Ahmed A. Arif, PhD, and Texas Tech University colleagues discovered the similar results when studied the data collected from a sizeable national health survey.
