Tech regents to consider changes to plan that offers free classes to employees

Texas Tech's Board of Regents could make several changes this week to the university's program that offers free classes to employees and scholarships to their dependents.
The board is scheduled to meet Thursday and Friday in Amarillo, where the employee tuition assistance benefits program is among a full roster of housekeeping measures.
