Health authority choice expected

Officials tonight are expected to decide whether to nominate Texas Tech physician Roger Smalligan as the area's next health authority.
Board members of the Amarillo Bi-City-County Health District will consider the post of health authority for Potter and Randall counties at its quarterly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Public Health Department building on Martin Road.
