Chorale lets down its hair with Broadway solos at annual Valentine fundraiser

William Ballenger, chairman of the Texas Tech School of Music, said, 'The development of scholarships for our music major students continues to be the top priority at the school of music. This event is a wonderful way for the community to join in scholarship support and, at the same time, enjoy a delightful musical and social evening.'

The largest portion of each Lubbock Chorale season, explained director John Hollins, is "consumed by masterworks." He is referring to the classics of choral repertoire.
