Two state leaders to discuss Tier One at Tech

Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst and state Sen. Robert Duncan are to stop by one of Texas Tech's food science labs at 2:30 p.m. today.
Tech President Guy Bailey will take the two on a tour of Tech's International Center for Food Industry Excellence.
