COIMBATORE: India should focus on creating and converting clusters for the development of technical textiles, said Dr Seshadri Ramkumar, associate professor, Texas Tech University, US, here on Monday.
To strategically focus on development of technical textiles and make connections between proper partners, The Institute of Environmental and Human Health, Texas Tech University in collaboration with Bannari Amman Institute of Technology (BIT) in India will host the 6th annual international conference on Advances in Textiles, Machinery, Nonwovens and Technical Textiles, (ATNT) 2009 at BIT in Sathyamangalam from December 7 to 9.
