OUR OPINION: Alberto Gonzales makes an impact on ASU campus

Angelo State University this week got its first sampling of how Alberto Gonzales can help recruit and retain minority and first-generation college students, and it was clearly a positive experience.

The former U.S. attorney general, now a visiting professor at Texas Tech University, spoke at ASU on Monday at an event sponsored by the Community Reinvesting in Educational Opportunities group, or CREO.
