Alberto R. Gonzales, who resigned as United States attorney general two years ago, will teach a political science course at Texas Tech University in the fall. The hiring was confirmed by the chancellor of the Texas Tech University System, Kent Hance. It was first reported in the online edition of The Austin American-Statesman. A senior business assistant in the political science department at Texas Tech, Dora Rodriguez, told the newspaper that Mr. Gonzales would teach a “special topics” course on contemporary issues in the executive branch.
