State says 'nobody's waterproof'

For four years, the Lower Colorado River Authority and Texas Parks and Wildlife have teamed up to take an important message to folks on Texas waterways in a fun, non-threatening way."Nobody's Waterproof," is a campaign aimed at younger 18-34 year-old boaters, especially young men. It features fun, interactive events and activities on the water where boaters are encouraged to play it safe.

Laura Hagen, who attends Texas Tech University, is also involved in the project.

That's our big thing is life jackets and alcohol. I thought that was quite a challenge," Hagen said.
