Car of future set to make its debut

Building blocks for a Texas Tech-designed car of the future will be unveiled this week in Toronto.
Ten Tech engineering students are competing in the first-phase of the "EcoCAR Challenge," a competition to build a car that emits less greenhouse gases and consumes less fuel.
