Zi, a fresh new dining concept, has arrived in Texas Tech University’s Union Plaza food court. The concept features hand-rolled sushi, traditional Asian entrees and freshly tossed wok creations.

"Zi brings to the Texas Tech campus a fresh approach to Asian cuisine," said Kirk Rodriguez, associate director for Hospitality Services. "Its signature and daily menu selections serve up an exciting and authentic taste that truly brings the Far East to West Texas!"

Zi’s grand opening will be held today, (Feb. 11). Prizes will be given out while supplies last; samples will be available in the Student Union; Z102 will be hosting a remote from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.; and students can sign up for a chance to win an iPod shuffle.
