Rawls College of Business Administration officials this week announced a $250,000 grant from an anonymous donor to endow the Center for Health Organization Management, Education, and Research.

The Health Organization Management program, the first joint-venture program between the Rawls College of Business and Texas Tech School of Medicine, has provided both universities a curriculum by which they have attained a nationally recognized level of excellence.

“The HOM program of service, research, and education has prepared M.B.A., M.D., and Ph.D. students to become state and national leaders in the very important specialized field of health organization management,” said Rawls College of Business dean Allen T. McInnes.
