Texas Tech University’s Center for Active Learning and Undergraduate Engagement will host the Ninth annual Undergraduate Research Conference (URC) March 28-30. The event features more than 200 undergraduate scholars from a variety of disciplines, more than 100 reviewers, and visiting student presenters from six universities around the world.
Events Tuesday (March 28) and Wednesday (March 29) include poster and oral presentations, an art exhibit, a mock trial presentation and music and dance performances. The conference concludes with the Undergraduate Research Spring Banquet at 6:30 p.m., Thursday (March 30), in the Frazier Alumni Pavilion with a keynote presentation by Bella Karr Gerlich, Dean of Libraries at Texas Tech.
