Third Screening in Cross-Cultural Film Series This Week

"Loving" will be screened on Thursday.


WHAT: Texas Tech University’s Cross-Cultural Academic Advancement Center presents “Loving,” the third film in its new Cross-Cultural Film Series. “Loving” tells the story of the trials and tribulations of an interracial couple who fell in love and were married in 1958.

A short discussion will follow the film.

The purpose of the Cross-Cultural Film Series is to exhibit contemporary, award-winning films that focus on issues of diversity and themes of cultural significance.

WHEN: 6 p.m. Thursday (March 2)

WHERE: OMC Room 057

WHO: The screening is free and open to the public.
