The Texas Tech University Libraries offer students countless methods and materials to further their research and help them succeed academically and professionally. The Libraries include the main campus library, the Architecture Library which houses more than a million specialty items, the Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library where the rare books and university archives are housed and the University Press.
"The library is the brain of the campus because people come out and not only find something about a particular topic, but it is a place that gets you thinking about other ideas," said dean of libraries Bella Gerlich. "It's the spark that gets your idea going."
There are countless aspects that make Texas Tech University successful. It's the people, the academics, the history and so much more.
The Discover Texas Tech series highlights the entire university and details what makes Raiderland the special place that it is.
