WMC Action News 5 - Tuesday, officials from the Lubbock Independent School District and Texas Tech University announced the approval of the Estacado Early College High School.
The partnership between LISD and Texas Tech is one of just a few in the country that includes a Tier One university, and is the only one of its kind in the Big 12.
