Justice Scalia’s death impacts U.S. Supreme Court

The Daily Toreador - The death of Associate U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia will affect the Supreme Court in many ways. Scalia died at a hunting ranch in West Texas on Saturday of natural causes, according to a CNN article. Scalia is being remembered as a leading conservative voice, controversial and an entertaining writer.

"His written opinions were lively, often funny and interesting to read," Catherine Christopher, assistant professor in Texas Tech's School of Law, said. "When I was in law school, I was always excited to see that my homework for the night was to read a Scalia opinion."
