The Texas Tech University has offered graduate studies since the 1920s. Since then the Graduate School has grown to offer more than 100 master’s degrees, and 60 doctoral degrees. Graduate School dean Mark Sheridan says the focus is not only on helping the student while they are at Texas Tech, but making sure they are ready to enter the workforce in any sector of the economy.
The Graduate School values its students’ research goals and bolsters this through its affiliation with 65 specialized research centers and institutes.
