Texas Tech to Celebrate Research Investment from Deer Breeders Corporation

A generous gift will be presented in support of a white-tailed deer and cervids research program.

WHAT: Texas Tech University researchers at The Institute of Environmental and Human Health will discuss a research investment from the Deer Breeders Corporation.

WHEN: 11 a.m., Wednesday (July 30)

WHO: Texas Tech officials will celebrate a research investment from the Deer Breeders Corporation as part of an ongoing partnership between the two entities. A generous gift will be presented in support of a white-tailed deer and cervids research program.

Leadership at the Deer Breeders Corporation and Texas Tech, including associate professors Ernest Smith and Steve Presley and senior research associate Galen Austin, will provide remarks and be available for interviews following the program. Separate media availability can be set up later on campus with Texas Tech and Deer Breeders Corporation representatives.
